Get to know us a little

Looking back to the beginning of our Cosmos story, our main goal was to achieve a greater level of flexibility for our clients but also to develop a more personal, simple, and enjoyable experience too. This still remains at the forefront of how we operate today.

Our team is international and multilingual with company founders Patricia and Suzanne having a combined 26 years of real estate experience in the local area. House-by-house, owner-by-owner, sale-by-sale, we have amassed a wealth of expertise specific to the property market in the western Algarve. It’s a key reason why vendors trust us to sell their most prized asset.

We receive hundreds of online visits each year from international homebuyers serving as local experts to a worldwide clientele. We work across all types of properties from villas to farmhouses and country estates to apartments.
